This is cross-posted to Facebook, so forgive me if you've already seen it.

After some consideration, I regretfully announce that I'm not returning to shoot Rat City next year. I've been with you since the beginning, and I've trying to retire from shooting bouts since PamOpticon hung up her skates a few years back. This time, it took.

Rat City has a bunch of brilliantly talented photographers at trackside and I was proud to be one of them for seven years, shooting some fairly amazing individuals going in productive circles. I've been pummeled by Femme Fatale, boozed up by the DLF and I've auctioned off my hotpants to Darth Skater, and that's a career anyone would be proud of. From here on in, I'm just another cameraless face in the crowd. Later, skaters!
